This formula keeps the choline, inulin and biotin working for the spasticity and concentration needed for all functions during the day.  People will be alert and be able to deal with stress on a daily basis.  The levels of spasticity will drop as the day goes.  Remember that if they get tube fed it's always better, if possible, to let them take this supplement by mouth.  Of course if that is not possible then the tube process is good.  When the supplements are consumed via mouth, it is soluble instantly through the saliva glands, hitting the needed process to get to its primal organs.  The micellization will make the many different components be where needed without being flushed out and useless.
